Convenience You Can Trust
Convenience is wonderful, but more than anything, you want healthcare you can trust. Urgent Care at Elgin is staffed with board-certified physicians from the minute we open until the minute we close. So you’ll receive the comprehensive, attentive care you want anytime you walk in. The only thing you won’t get is a long wait.
In addition, unlike many urgent care centers, we have a full range of diagnostic technologies on site, including a comprehensive lab, CT, open MRI and digital x-ray. Because we think there’s no reason you should sacrifice the latest technology for convenience.
Just Minutes Away
Conveniently located just off I-20, we're just a quick trip from NE Columbia, Sandhills, Pontiac, or Camden. And if you live or work in Elgin or Lugoff, we're easy to reach from Highway 1 or the frontage road. So you can stop by on your way to or from work, school or shopping. It's that easy.
When Urgent Care Isn’t Enough
Of course, certain instances call for more than urgent care can provide. This includes any situations that cause severe symptoms or put your health or life at serious risk, including heart attacks, poisonings, and severe bleeding. In these cases, you’ll want to call 911 or go directly to the KershawHealth Medical Center emergency room in Camden. Remember, urgent care is not a substitute for emergency care.
