Both of our Primary Care practices offer comprehensive, customized care that includes routine check-ups and physical exams, immunizations, management of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, treatment of seasonal illnesses (coughs, colds, allergies), and screening tests.

Urgent Care at Elgin offers convenience for those times when your physician is not available. It's perfect before work, after school, and on weekends, whenever life's little mishaps hit you. It is always staffed with board-certified physicians, and you never need an appointment. The KershawHealth Outpatient Center at Elgin offers state-of-the-art laboratory and imaging services - including digital x-ray as well as CT, open MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, mammography, and bone densitometry. So you can get virtually everything you need in one place.
